"Players Centered" for 45 years since the team was founded
What we are particular about is "Enjoying baseball"
Practices are only for 3-4 hours in the morning on Sundays and public holidays (except when there is a game). There is no problem with absence from daily practice or temporary suspension of team activities.
"Creating a fun and strong team through short intensive training", it has been a consistent management attitude for 45 years since the team was established.
Enjoying baseball comes first. We deny the excessive victory supremacy, but we will do our best to win. Players are encouraged to actively try to achieve it. No signs, no bunts, and our coaches never yell at players. We try to make sure that all players can participate in the game as much as possible. Parent coaches are welcome.
We introduce cutting-edge theories for efficient practice in a short time, and carefully teach even beginners. This team is led by coaches who hold a "Certified Baseball Coaching Qualification" , or have experiences in college or high school baseball. We are creating systems that reduce the burden on players, such as making multiple batteries and introducing restrictions on the number of pitches.
We ask the athletes' parents to watch over heatstroke measures 4 to 6 times a year. Parent meetings are held four times a year (online available). Admission fee 1,500 yen, team activity fee 2,000 yen per month (including sports insurance). Hats are provided by a team. Uniform jacket ¥5,430. There are also some hand-me-downs from graduates.
In baseball, the player is the main character. Players think and devise on their own, and coaches support them. Preparation and cleanup will be done by the players only. It also encourages athletes to practice independently at home. Players are given the opportunity to check their progress through regular performance tests.
A lot of cooperation and participation of many people is essential in the baseball game. Even if you win, it is nothing compared to the fun of being able to play a match. Players and coaches respect each other and do their best. First of all, we tell them to enjoy baseball and appreciate the people around them.
Rubber baseballs are softer and lighter than hardballs, so it is safe and easy for children to start playing baseball with.
In Japan, many children start with rubber-ball baseball and switch to hard-ball baseball in junior high school and high school.
In fact, most Japanese major leaguers, such as "Yu Darvish" or "Ichiro", also started playing rubber-ball baseball in elementary school.
In addition, elementary school yards and many baseball fields in Japan are exclusively for rubber baseball.
Would you like your children to start rubber baseball with us?
